Many of the properties we have developed are distinct and boutique in nature, including the Inn at St. John’s, which was a former seminary located in Plymouth, Michigan. HIS studied the structure for several years and oversaw the redevelopment of the $40 million investment to build a hotel, create conference center with over 50,000 square feet of meeting space, and enhance the existing 27 holes of golf. Our CEO, Ron Wilson has a passion for redeveloping historic structures into innovative hotels and resorts. The Inn at Stonecliffe is another rare jewel that is located on Mackinac Island – what Conde Nast Traveler recognizes as one of the top ten islands in the world. This former mansion and summer house have been redeveloped into the islands most unique historic inn. At HIS we are also interested in developing proven brand hotels. We have developed several Hilton brand hotels such as the Doubletree Riverfront Hotel in Bay City, Michigan and the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie, Wyoming. Our expertise includes developing Intercontinental Hotels such as the Staybridge Suites in Novi, Michigan. We are excited about the hotels that we are presently working to bring to the market!
