When the hotel is ready for guests in the fall of 2017, the operator of the new “DoubleTree by Hilton” will be Troy-based Hotel Investment Services, Inc. (HIS).
Saving wonderful old hotels is just one of the passions of HIS’CEO Ron Wilson, who is also a 30+ year Troy resident with his wife Roxanne. Armed with a degree in hotel management and an MBA in finance from Walsh College, Wilson has been in the development and management arena for almost 40 years.
