Hotel Investment Services’ 14 hotels nationwide, including five in Metro Detrit, have experienced an 8 percent to 12 percent year-over-year improvement in occupancy, Wilson said.”

New Renovation at Livonia Fairfield

2012 Remodeled Fairfield - Livonia, MI

The Fairfield Inn Detroit Livonia is pleased to announce that an expansive renovation of the hotel will be completed next week!

The renovation scheduled for completion by February 15, 2012 will give travelers a refreshing option for spacious accommodations and comfortable hotel suites in Livonia, Michigan.  Upon completion the hotel will expand it’s name to the Fairfield & Suites Detroit Livonia to more adequately describe the hotel’s spacious accommodations and added amenities. 

Offering guests a hot and hearty breakfast will be easier as a result of the renovation as the hotel has doubled the size of its breakfast area so there’s plenty of room for everyone to get a good start to the day whether attending to business or planning a leisure day of shopping. 

The Fairfield Inn has also added a hospitality room that will be used for Manager’s Receptions and offered for use by small groups seeking Livonia meeting space. This new space, which features two large screen TVs and has seating for 20, is in addition to the hotel’s already existing meeting room which has a capacity of up to 50 persons. Guests will also have access to an all-new business center with two computers and a copy machine. Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel.
